I am a health economist and fellow of the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness at Oregon Health & Science University. I use quasi-experimental methods, claims data, surveys, and other administrative information to study market structure, provider labor, and policy in behavioral and maternal healthcare. Currently, I am focused on advancing two streams of research: (1) Behavioral healthcare corporatization and consolidation, and (2) the effects of policies enabled by the Dobbs supreme court decision. My work has been published in leading journals such as JAMA, Health Affairs, and JAMA Health Forum.
I am on the 2026-2027 job market.
